You received a call from my office (yesterday/a few days ago/or whatever timeframe is applicable based on the age of the lead when you call) where I was told to give you the code word of (code word) when I call you.
It was about the mortgage protection options that we apparently haven’t gone over with you yet and I was assigned to you to do that by phone which takes about 15 minutes either (give two options i.e. “later this afternoon or evening”) and was just seeing what works best for your schedule?
If a co-borrower is listed, change “your schedule” to “you guys”.
If no co-borrower is listed, I would still ask if they are married / if they have a significant other, as we want to ensure they are included in the phone call as well.
