This is one of the MOST important things to do when dialing as a new agent. Be sure to record yourself on Zoom and rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 for each of the categories below. Once you feel that you're score is close to 10 on each, when role-playing with your upline. Take the feedback. This will help you to be a rockstar when setting appointments!!!
